These terms govern your use of the FURNITURE HUB website and purchases from FURNITURE HUB.

Product information, prices, availability, and delivery options may change. An order is accepted when we confirm it. If an item is unavailable or a price or listing error occurs, we will contact you before processing the order.

Payment is due through the payment options shown at checkout or as otherwise confirmed by the store. Taxes, delivery charges, and other charges are shown before an order is finalized when they are known.

Pickup and delivery scheduling is subject to availability. Please review the shipping and delivery policy and the return and refund policy before placing an order.

Website content, images, and marks belong to FURNITURE HUB or their respective owners and may not be used without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To the extent permitted by law, any dispute will be handled in the courts with jurisdiction over Lubbock County, Texas.
